Amendment of EU RO MR Group Workshop Report (5 Sept 2018)
Please note that the EU RO MR Group presentation (p.20) was amended for clarification due to critical observations concerning the wording of the Factual Report.
Reflecting the sovereignty of non-EU flag States regarding Regulation 391/2009, Recital 25 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1355/2014 of 17 December 2014 applies.
In order not to leave room for interpretation or misunderstanding, a direct quote has now been inserted.
